Shipping MethodsWe offer six methods for shipping your orders from GerdaLocks.com:

Includes 1 day for processing and 3 days for transit. - FedEx Express 2 Day - 3 business days

Shipping Carriers
GERDA partners with FedEx to ship your packages. Standard shipping fees via FedEx Home Delivery are included in the purchase prices posted on our web site and are paid by GERDA. Express or Overnight orders are not included in the purchase prices and will have to be paid by Customers. The Cart page will display the extra shipping fees to be paid by Customers for FedEx Express or FedEx Overnight shipping methods.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
There is no extra shipping fee to Alaska and Hawaii if shipped via FedEx Home Delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping cost is calculated on a "per item" or "per pound" basis and is based on the shipping method you select (FedEx Express or FedEx Overnight). The extra shipping costs for FedEx Express or FedEx Overnight will be calculated and shown to Customers on the Cart page.
FedEx Home Delivery is offered by GERDA at no charge to Customers if shipped within the 50 U.S. states.
Refunds/Returns
Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, simply return it in its original condition within 30 days of the on-line shipping date. We will issue you a full refund less a restocking fee of 20%.To qualify for a refund all returned items must show no signs of wear or abuse, and must include the original packaging complete with all original components including the installation instructions. Your return may be refused if it does not meet these conditions. Credit card returns will be issued a credit. Refunds are made for the value of the product only, excluding shipping and handling charges. "Special orders" are not eligible for this refund policy.

By visiting the www.gerdalocks.com and www.gerdasecurity.com websites or any other websites operated by GERDA LLC or its affiliates (collectively, the "Site"), you agree to accept the practices described in this Privacy Notice. GERDA LLC uses information that we collect from our visitors and customers to personalize and improve your visit and shopping experience at the Site. We gather the following types of information:

Orders: If you place an order through the Site, you will be required to provide contact, billing, and payment information.
Sweepstakes Entrants: From time to time, we may run sweepstakes. If you enter a sweepstakes sponsored by us, you will opt-in to receive email or other communications from us and our affiliated partners. You may subsequently opt-out of the receipt of such email or communications by following the directions in the email or contacting that site. Your opt-out status will not affect your participation or chances to win in the sweepstakes. During the applicable sweepstakes period, however, you may nevertheless receive emails which we deem are related to the sweepstakes and related programs.

Shippers: If you make a purchase through the Site, your name, telephone number and shipping information must be provided to third party shippers such as FEDEX, UPS and the United States Postal Service to deliver your purchase. There also may be instances in which we drop-ship orders directly to you from one of our manufacturers or suppliers. These drop-shippers are only given your name, postal address, and telephone number for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order.
Third Party Transaction-Level Data: If you visit the Site from a third-party website the third-party website may be able to access select information from your individual transaction information. In order to track and credit your transaction the third-party website may give you a unique code, cookie or graphic which will uniquely identify you. This will only happen if you link directly from a third party website to the Site. Any transactions made at the Site while such a code is active will be reported back to the third party website. We will only report non-Personal Information to these websites such as the date of the transaction, the product(s) purchased and the amount spent. We maintain relationships with third party affiliate websites. The Site is a general audience website and is not directed to children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a user is under the age of 13 and has submitted Personal Information without verifiable parental consent, we will remove his or her personally identifiable information from our files. 9. Business Transfer
